Family Pact (F-PACT)
Family PACT is a family planning and reproductive health clinical services program. The intent of the program is to provide eligible California women and men access to comprehensive Family Planning Services in order to establish the timing, number, and spacing of their children and maintain optimal reproductive health.
To qualify for F-Pact, these guidelines have to be met:
Client Lacks Other Insurance Coverage:
- No insurance, including no Medi-Cal.
- Has Insurance with no family planning coverage for any contraceptive method.
- Has Medi-Cal with Share of Cost but has not met Share of Cost.
- Has limited-scope Medi-Cal coverage (no family planning coverage).
- Has insurance but has not met the deductible.
- Has insurance or full-scope Medi-Cal but must keep family planning services confidential.
Income Guidelines:
- Family size and corresponding income is at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level.
